- Communications data: Message delivery status, open rates, and response data related to SMS campaigns managed on behalf of Business Clients.

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties. Information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: We use Twilio (SMS delivery), N8N (workflow automation), and Supabase (data storage) to operate our platform. These providers process data solely to deliver our services and are bound by their own privacy and security policies.
- Business Clients: Consent records and campaign data are accessible to the Business Client on whose behalf messages were sent.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, including Twilio upon request for consent verification.
5. SMS Data & No Sharing Policy
Phone numbers and SMS consent data collected through our platform are used exclusively to deliver authorized messages on behalf of the Business Client identified at the time of opt-in. This data is never shared with or sold to any third party for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to the consented campaign. This policy applies to all contacts submitted by Business Clients and all end-users who complete our opt-in form.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to deliver services and maintain compliance records. SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of 4 years in accordance with TCPA statute of limitations guidelines. Business Client data is retained for the duration of the service relationship plus 2 years. Website usage data is retained for up to 12 months.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

- Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to immediately opt out of future messages
